Rivendell

Rivendell est notable pour être un des rares morceaux joués à la guitare classique par Geddy, ainsi qu'une des rares où il n'y aît pas de batterie. Exemple de l'inclusion des thèmes "Fantasy" dans la musique de Rush, Rivendell s'inspire de l'oeuvre de J.R.R. Tolkien et fait référence à la cité des elfes du même nom que l'on trouve dans les romans "Bilbo le Hobit" et "le Seigneur des Anneaux". C'est l'une des 2 références aux écrits de Tolkien dans le catalogue du groupe.
